The staff were always smiling and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable
Every interaction felt personal, especially during dinner when they remembered our preferences. The wellness facilities were splendid, but I wished the water in the indoor pool was a bit warmer. a wonderful experience worth repeating.

great stay but minor towel issue
The stunning views of the mountains from the balcony were breathtaking, making our mornings delightful. The breakfast buffet offered an impressive variety of fresh and hot items, catering to different tastes and preferences. the spacious suite was beautifully appointed with luxurious finishes and provided a very cozy atmosphere.
The towels provided in the room didn't meet the high expectations set by the rest of the amenities.

i almost thought this place was going to be perfect, but then i discovered that the staff barely provided information during check-in. also, a peculiar moment occurred when someone chased me for 99 cents after i tipped! absolutely ridiculous for a hotel of this caliber. i woudl ve thought the spa staff would take better care of safety too.

The stay was quite memorable with stunning valley views and a deliciously varied breakfast buffet. I found it disappointing that the Jacuzzi in our room was out of service. The service was friendly but could be more attentive, especially during peak times.

Stunning, stunning, stunning.
From the moment we arrived, it felt like we were in a fairytale with incredible views of the Alps surrounding us. Our deluxe double room came with not one, but two balconies—perfect for soaking in the stunning mountain scenery. Every morning kicked off with a breakfast buffet that left us in awe, featuring everything from fresh juices to made-to-order hot items. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect getaway!

Stunning views of the mountains from the room make mornings a visual feast, alongside a breakfast buffet that offers an impressive variety of dishes catering to all tastes, including healthy options. The wellness center boasts both indoor and outdoor thermal pools, providing an ideal space for relaxation after a day of adventures.
Some furniture in the room showed signs of wear and tear, which feels a tad out of place for a five-star establishment. the outdoor pool could truly benefit from slightly warmer temperatures, as it’s more suitable for swimming than lounging during colder months. Lastly, personal bathroom amenities, like hand cream, were lacking, making the stay feel just shy of luxurious.

We had a blast at this family-run hotel! The activities were endless, from skiing on glittering slopes to a peaceful hike through the wild gorge. Don't miss the golf course. it’s amazing! The restaurant served excellent food, and the spa was a highlight for relaxation after our adventures.
We did have an issue with the room towels not meeting the expected standard, which was a letdown during our otherwise perfect stay.
